HappyCo Decided the Multifamily Industry Deserved Great Design and Easy-to-Use Tools

HappyCo offers a suite of solutions that makes it easy for multifamily building owners to conduct due diligence, maintenance, and asset management. On the Ops Talks podcast, HappyCo CEO Jindou Lee explained how his graphic design background led to HappyCo’s  ease of use.

[M]y education was in graphic design. When I graduated, most of my peers were creating logos and packaging and all that kind of stuff. [But] I found my way into videogaming. It was super fun, because you have to build something that someone else could use, and you can’t be in their living room to teach them how to use that thing you just built. That taught me so much. [The importance of great design is] intuitive if you’re a videogaming nerd.
