“We were definitely doing a lot more explaining before ChatGPT came,” said Deniz. “We were one of the first companies to be integrated with one of the OpenAI APIs. We were one of the first enterprise-grade tools that was AI-first live in production at Fortune 500 companies.”

With the proliferation of AI-generated content, “There’s an infinite amount of noise. I think the addition of AI will make that even worse,” said Deniz, “so the problem has only gotten bigger for our customers and our prospects.” Those customers trust Ren to surface reliable, actionable information.
